Framed by a stunning backdrop of the very best that Gippsland has to offer, The Walhalla Guesthouses is nestled in mountainous bushland. The peaceful surrounds of Walhalla, a historical landmark that has to be seen to be believed, is not just perfect for escaping the humdrum of daily life, but also provides a wonderful setting for creativity and focus.
Both properties at Walhalla Guesthouses are suitable for working holidays - perfect for industrious souls looking to work on their projects.
Walhalla Coach House and Stringer's Cottage
Both The Coach House and Stringer's Cottage use tank water. As of 2022, both properties are fully connected to the electrical grid.
The Coach House
offers three comfortable bedrooms plus a games/extra bedroom downstairs. Heating is available to make your stay comfortable during the Winter months through a cozy upstairs fireplace, wall panel heating, and gas heating downstairs.
The Coach House can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. There is a cot on-site for babies, but we ask that you please bring your own bedding for infants and toddlers.
Stringer's Cottage is an intimate space that is perfect for either a couple's getaway or a solitary sojourn. This charming accommodation includes all necessary amenities, including a kitchen, shower, toilet, comfortable queen-size bed, air-conditioning, WiFi, a television for streaming, and a fireplace. Stringers has an infant's travel cot available for couples with a child.
